Couples therapy can help to identify and resolve these issues, while building and restoring intimacy.  I will provide a safe and comfortable space where we can work on underlying issues that may be impacting your relationship. We will focus on improving communication between you and your partner, building understanding and empathy for one another’s feelings, and increasing problem-solving skills. Specific areas that may be addressed include conflict resolution, communication skills, anger management, co-parenting, and power struggles. In couples sessions, we will navigate through difficult situations and work together to build a healthier foundation for your relationship and strengthen your connection and commitment.
